What is Vedic Astrology?

Why can my sign differ from a tropical chart?
The tropical zodiac references the seasonal equinox. The sidereal approach adjusts the zodiac toward a stellar reference; Lahiri ayanamsa accounts for the angular difference between those starting points.
What is Lahiri ayanamsa?
Ayanamsa is the angular difference between tropical and sidereal zodiacs. Mythborn uses Lahiri ayanamsa in V1 as an explicit and reproducible default.
Does a Vedic chart predict a fixed future?
No. It shows astronomical positions and the symbolic language of a tradition; it does not provide deterministic, medical, legal or financial outcomes.
